Kevin was born in London and has lived in the USA since 2014. He met his wife Beth in America, and home is now North Florida.
He likes to travel off the beaten track and eat where the locals eat: a Paris brasserie, the gardens and horse racing of Hong Kong, the pyramids at Giza, and puffins in the Arctic.
